I have over 20 years’ experience in administration, business relations and special projects at a senior management level. I have worked as a primary point of contact for and liaison between management, sales teams, personnel, clients, administration and vendors. I have strong oral and written communications, high problem resolution capacities together with confidentiality.
I thrive working under pressure, able to work independently as well as a team player.
Administration and finance background with Microsoft Office© experience.

I am a Virtual Assistant / Freelance PA based between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
People use Virtual Assistants to save time and money.
My clients outsource their necessary but time-consuming tasks to me so they’re freed up to get on with other things – like making money, enhancing customer service, getting referrals or bringing in new clients.
For example, I might:
- Manage the emails for one client
- Prepare invoices for another
- Online research for yet another company,
- Get quotes in and sort out general paperwork
- Or a combination thereof
The type of businesses I work for .... vary, yet they all have either or both of these two traits:
- Don’t have enough time in the day

- Put off non-business focussed tasks
For some it’s a one-off assistance to sort out chaotic outstanding paperwork and for others is to delegate regular time-consuming tasks
This enables them to focus on their core business, their expertise and be more efficient and profitable, or just have more time for the families,
